ambIT® Information CDs
To aid in teaching healthcare providers and patients, we have developed an interactive information CD-ROM to provide information on the use of our pumps (only available for PCA at this time). The Clinician Information CD includes information on the cassette, and the ins and outs of using the ambIT® PCA pump. It also contains the clinician and patient manuals for the ambIT® PCA pump. Also included are recent abstracts that can increase your knowledge and improve your practice. The Patient Information CD provides the patient with information about the basic functions of the ambIT® PCA pump. For example, where the bolus button is and what it is used for. The Patient Information CD also provides a brief description of regional blocks, surgical site infusions, IV infusions and epidural infusions. The CDs are a great teaching tool and resource. They are available in six different languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian and French.
